Through her significant expertise in program development, Joyce has developed programs specifically addressing the on-going need for change within the home care agency. SMART THERAPY

SMART THERAPY is a series of educational 3-5 minute videos providing agencies a quick tutorial to offer staff, or for independent therapists to use as a tool to enhance their knowledge of the behaviors necessary to support the success of the home care patient and customer. The topics covered in SMART THERAPY series are intended to create the HOME CARE REHAB EXPERT. Whether a therapist sees 1 home care patient or a full caseload, this new outcome-based environment demands every therapist touching a home care patient be properly and thoroughly educated in all aspects of home care regulations. Each of the SMART THERAPY topics can be expanded into full course presentations as agencies identify their specific needs.
